Mr Jiahe “Gower” He
Managing Director
- Highly respected and experienced mining executive and a certified CPA with over 20 years’ experience in the resources sector.
- Has held various senior positions at Mitsui & Co (Australia) for over 16 years, overseeing Mitsui’s strategic trade and investment activities across a variety of commodities including Lithium, Nickel, and other battery related minerals.
- Former Executive Director of Delta Lithium (ASX: DLI) and saw the transformation of the company from a junior gold explorer to a recognised Australian Lithium player.
- Prior to joining Summit, he was CEO of Equinox Resources (ASX:EQN) and expanded his exposure to the EV industry in Canada.

- Mining executive with over 20 years of experience in developing and marketing critical minerals such as manganese and lithium.
- Currently Managing Director of Firebird Metals Limited (ASX: FRB), where he has driven exploration initiatives, resource growth, and secured cornerstone investors.
- Former Managing Director of Marketing at Consolidated Minerals Limited, overseeing operations for key manganese mines in Australia and Ghana.
- Renowned for driving innovation and building sustainable partnerships in the global resources sector.

- Mr. Wright provides strategy advice through his business RJW Capital and is a Director of Cherish Metals, a Director of Community Living Options and is the Chair of the Governing Council of the Australian Science and Mathematics School
- Mr. Wright has a Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Applied Geology, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and is a member of both the AusIMM and the AICD.
