PROJECT
T1-T2 Rare Earth Project
Minas Gerais, Brazil
OVERVIEW
Summit Minerals’ 100%-owned T1-T2 REE project covers approximately 641 hectares in Southern Minas Gerais, Brazil, in an area known for its rich mineral deposits. Thick, well-developed saprolite clay horizons, crucial for Ionic Absorption Clay (IAC) deposits, indicate potential for a large-scale rare earth deposit. The thick weathering profiles developed throughout the projects could potentially host IAC mineralisation.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Total combined are of T1 and T2 projects is approximately 641 hectares
- T1 is approximately 298 hectares
- T2 is approximately 344 hectares
Reconnaissance exploration has identified a large-scale surface saprolite clay system at Summit’s 100%-owned T1-T2 REE project in Southern Minas Gerais, Brazil
The T1-T2 REE project is situated in southern Minas Gerais, near major roads, infrastructure, water access, hydroelectric power, and, most importantly, historic artisanal mining activity
Thick, well-developed saprolite clay horizons are crucial for an IAC deposit
The significant size of the saprolite clay system suggests the potential for a large-scale rare earth deposit
